I have managed complex international projects with full accountability for scope, time, and budget. This includes financial responsibility for forecasting, accurate budgeting, and delivering cost efficiencies.

With experience across industries and markets, I support projects from early-stage concept development to go-to-market execution. This includes customer segmentation, positioning, pricing (such as conjoint analysis), brand and communication strategy, and multichannel content development.
